The Manchester United manager compared his team star to the American basketball legend.
Ole Gunnar Solsshire praised Cristiano Ronaldo and compared him to the basketball legend Michael Jordan.
United were on the verge of defeat against Atalanta when Ronaldo brought another magical moment and equalized with a stunning shot in the 91st minute.
This was Ronaldo’s second goal and his fifth in four Champions League games since returning to United.
Sulsshire paid tribute to 36-year-old Ronaldo and compared him to former Chicago Bulls superstar Michael Jordan.
“Cristiano is amazing,” Sulscher said. We all have our plans and responsibilities, and Cristiano is the leader of the group. He is incredible. We are not happy to receive two goals. But I’m sure the Chicago Bulls would not dislike having Michael Jordan, and we do not dislike having Ronaldo. Sometimes teams have players who change the moments, and Ronaldo is one of those players who can change everything. Cristiano is getting better and better for us, he feels better now.
“We still have to make progress,” said Ronaldo, who has scored 139 goals in the Champions League with two goals. We have time to recover.
